Hello, after you have installed the FCARD3500T one card pass management system software, click "Start" on the computer desktop, find and click the installation directory of the "FCARD3500T one card pass management system", then click "Tools", and then click "Guest System" to log in.
1. System settings:
After you log in and enter the main interface of the system, click "System Settings", in the submenu that appears, click "System Basic Settings", and after setting the information in the pop-up "System Settings" window, click "Save", and a prompt window will pop up Click "OK".
2. Access level setting:
After you log in to the main interface of the system, click "Access level Management".
3. Registered visitors:
After you log in and enter the main interface of the system, click "register visitors", (if you use an Identification card reader to register visitors, click "second-generation Identification card", if you use "scanner", click "other"), in the pop-up "Interviewee" window, enter the person you want to visit and the reason, and then click "Save" to select the group according to the actual situation, click "Finish" (click "Upload Status" to view the card upload status, and then click "Close"), and then set the card as the visitor access door to open the door by swiping your card.
4. View visitor records:
After you log in and enter the main interface of the system, click "Inquiry", in the sub-menu that appears, click "Query Visitors", after viewing the visitor records, click "Exit" to return to the main interface.
5. Check the details of the report:
After you log in and enter the main interface of the system, click "Inquiry", click "Report details" in the sub-menu that appears, and after viewing, click "Exit" to return to the main interface.
6. Cancel the card:
After you log in and enter the main interface, click "Customer Operations", click "Logout Card" in the drop-down menu, and then put the card on the card reader, after the card is successfully read, click "Cancel Card".
7. Back up the database:
After you log in and enter the main interface, click "Database Management", click "Backup Database" in the drop-down menu, and select the storage location, enter the backup file name in the "File name" field, then click "Save", then click "Backup", and click "OK" after the backup is complete.
8. Restore the database:
After you log in to the main interface, click "Data Management", in the submenu that appears, click "Restore Database", click "Select" at "Backup Path" to select the database file that needs to be restored, then click "Open", and then click "Restore", click "Yes" in the pop-up window, after the recovery is successful, click "OK", and then click "Exit".
9. View system log:
After you log in to the main interface of the system, click "System Settings", and click "System Log View" in the submenu that appears.
