Hello, you should open the door with registered cards, you may be didn’t used the registered to open the door. You can deal this problem with the operation ways below.
1. Transfer the card to registration: enter administrate state: (* + administration password + #) initial password:1234, the buzzer will blew once and green light turn flash after entering administrate state. Add registered card: (4 + 1 + # ), if successfully, he buzzer will blew once.
2. Checking whether the wire is right and the circuit is normal.
