Hello, our one card pass system can install offline electric door lock.
1. Turn on the offline function:
After you log in and enter the main interface of the system, click "Help" and click "Enable feature" in the submenu that appears to enable the offline function.
2. Set the installation location:
After you log in and enter the main interface of the system, click "Install Device", click "Device Location Management" in the sub-menu that appears, click "Add" to add the installation location, fill in the required information in the pop-up window and click "Save", click "Exit" after adding the installation location.
3. Install the offline electric door lock:
After you log in and enter the main interface of the system, click the menu "installation location", in the submenu that appears, click "manually add access control device", in the pop-up window, select "RS232/RS485 communication mode", then check "Select offline access control system", and then select the corresponding device model according to the device to be installed, then click "Install Device", select the installation location in the pop-up window and fill in the information needed for your actual situation, then insert the FC-502MS multi-function card writer into the computer, and put a blank Mifare card into the card reader on the device, and then click "Write Setting Card".
4. Set the Mifare card parameters:
After you log in to the main interface of the system, click "Access Control Information", in the submenu that appears, move the mouse cursor to "Offline Access Control", and click "Mifare Card Parameters".
5. Personnel issuing card:
After you log in and enter the system interface-card", click "issue card" after setting relevant personnel information in the pop-up window, after the card is issued successfully, click "OK", and then click "exit".
6. Personnel card:
After you log in and enter the main interface of the system, click "Access Control Information", in the sub-menu that appears, move the mouse cursor to "Offline Access Control", and click "Cancel Card", place the card that needs to be cancelled on the card writer, read the card information, click "Cancel Card" after reading the card information, click "Yes" in the pop-up prompt window, after canceling the card, click "OK" , and then click "Exit".
7. Opening hours setting card:
After you log in and enter the system interface, click "Access Control Information", in the sub-menu that appears, move the mouse cursor to "Offline Access Control", and click "Open Time Setting Card".
8. Access control parameter setting card:
After you log in to the system interface, click "Access Control Information", in the submenu that appears, move the mouse cursor to "Offline Access Control", and click "Access Control Parameter Setting Card", select the installation location and door name in the pop-up window, and then click "Write Card", click "Write Setting Card" in the pop-up window, after verifying the card successfully, an "Inquiry" window will pop up, and then click "Yes", after writing the card, click "OK" and then click "Exit".
9. Opening authorization card:
After you log in and enter the system interface, click "Access Control Information", in the submenu that appears, move the mouse cursor to "Offline Access Control", and click "Open Door Authorization Setting Card", set the relevant data in the pop-up window to verify the card, after the verification is successful, an "inquiry" window will pop up, click "Yes" to write the data.
10. Log off the setting card:
After you log in to the system interface, click "Access Control Information", in the submenu that appears, move the mouse cursor to "Offline Access Control", and click "Logout Settings Card", then put the setting card on the "Card Writer" for verification, after the verification is successful, click "Logout", after the setting card is successfully canceled, click "OK", and then click "Exit".
