Function Brief:
There are five system functions of the hotel lock in the program group: operator management, initialization card, room setting, system maintenance, front desk management.
1、Operator Management: Defines the user name of the system operator and setting the system privilege for it use.
2、Initialize Card: initialize the new cards be the system cards.
3、Room Settings: input the hotel room's information and issue installation card、maintenance card、clearance cards.
4、System Maintenance: issue admin card(including master control card、regional card、
floor number card、hour card, etc.) read the data card record, check the operation log.
5、Front Desk Management: this function is the core part of the system which is used by the front desk operator of the hotel. Responsible for guest registration, issue housing card, handle guest registration, check out, continued room, fill card and so on.
